Dedicated Live Study Circles
40 Day Sadhanas
Circles or group practice to support your personal practice over the course of 40 Days. Each sadhana is themed so that the whole group is engaging in the same personal practice. Sadhanas happen twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the autumn.
Weekly Journaling Circle
30 Minute, Weekly Drop In Circle on Zoom. Commit to a weekly journaling practice in the company of a group. This is an open practice with opening and closing meditation.
R & D Circles
Monthly groups focused on witnessing and digesting life from a yogic perspective. 6 Month committment.
Live Workshops & Courses
Book Club & Yoga
Group exploration of yoga related books. Sessions are virtual, live and not recorded. They encompass a dedicated book in conjunction with postures and practices to support the study and integration of the chosen books.

Develop a Conscious relationship with your phone through live group meetings and on demand content.
