Your whole-being wellness now includes your digital life.

Reset your relationship with your phone and give yourself permission to do it differently.

In the last 20 years, we’ve quietly added a new category to our wellbeing that has gone unnoticed until now.

Once a completely separate part of our life that we could leave at the office, our digital life is now integrated with the rest of our life. It is a key category just like our sleep, food, movement, and breath.

We can no longer ignore how much of an impact it has on our wellbeing. One way to do this is to become conscious of it, instead of passively letting it run our lives.

I call this conscious technology use, or living a conscious tech life.

I’ve been in the wellness arts for over 20 years. I’ve watched this rise the last ten years as it became more impactful in my everyday life and in my students lives.

Tech and our phones are not going away anytime soon. That means we need to ingrate them in a healthy way for us as individuals. Create a new relationship.

I believe (and have experienced) a complete shift in my consciousness around how I use my tech in my daily life. This has returned creativity, time, energy, and self-connection.

I believe it can for you too.

A day when your wake up feeling refreshed, don’t reach for your phone first thing, and have reclaimed your time, energy, and attention.

It is possible to reset your relationship with your phone, reengage with your life, your values, and the things you love.
