Tech-Life Balance Audit

Here's what you're about to discover:

  • Where your time and attention are actually going (not where you think they're going)

  • Which tech habits support you and which ones drain you

  • The one shift that would make the biggest difference in your daily life

A quick note before you dive in:

This isn't about judging yourself or your phone use. It's about seeing clearly what's happening so you can make choices that actually support YOUR life.

There are no wrong answers. Only your answers.

What you'll need:

  • The audit (attached)

  • Paper & pen

  • 10-20 minutes of distraction-free time

  • Curiosity instead of judgment

After you complete your audit:

You might feel energized and ready to make changes immediately. You might feel overwhelmed. You might feel relieved just to finally see what's been happening.

All of it is normal.

Here's what I recommend:

Set your audit aside for 2-3 days after you complete it. Let your insights settle. Often, additional clarity comes when we give ourselves space.

Then come back and choose ONE small shift to experiment with.
