Private Virtual Sessions

Working one on one in a private online container is often helpful for people who have specific things they would like to work on or devote energy and time to. These dedicated, compassionate, focused sessions, allow people to ask questions, focus on themselves, and learn in a a more direct way than can sometimes be possible in group classes and courses. Sawrah provides a held space for deep listening and learning to occur. Each session is built to suit the individual person.
