Are you exhausted from excessive information input?
Information overload is quickly becoming normalized as a way of life.
This workshop challenges that, and gives us a path to our own agency and choice in how we us information in the digital age.
What Is This?
An input fast is an experimental process of removing non-essential external informational input from your life for a set period of time, with guidelines and intentions that you design for yourself.
We’re talking about things like social media, external advice, oracle cards, excessive online learning, news, podcasts, etc. You’ll define what input means to you, but these are some of the common ones.
While this workshop teaches a basic framework you can follow, the entire point is for you to make it your own. There are no hard and fast rules. It’s an experiment you build for yourself with the context of your real life in mind.
It’s not a digital detox or cleanse. It’s a designed experiment that gives you valuable information about yourself, your habits, your nervous system and where your attention has really been going. The last step is integrating it and making it practical going forward in your everyday life.

Who This Is Not For
Anyone who is not willing to look inside themselves, or is not interested in gaining awareness about their life, habits, or beliefs. If introspection is not your thing right now, then this workshop can wait. It’s also not for anyone who does not feel they are overloaded with informational input. If you love the amount of information flowing at you from all mediums and channels, then this is not for you.

Hi, My Name Is Sawrah
I'm a yoga and meditation teacher, shamanic practitioner, reiki master, PSYCH-K Facilitator, author, and self-support guide.
I help highly sensitive folks create a system of self-support to enhance daily living. I guide people through practical applications of modern and ancient tools, to support coming into harmony with their whole being system.
I am also obsessed with what I call Conscious Technology Use or living a Conscious Tech Life. I think using our tech in a way that helps us stay embodied is an essential skill for the coming decades. It’s one of my focus areas right now. This workshop is a part of that mission.
